Simple Instructions to Use Zoom to Attend HLAA-TC meetings

Last week we released longer directions on how to use Zoom. To simplify things we have created this graphic below with steps on how to use Zoom. (To read the longer instructions, click here.)

The registration link to register for the September 19th meeting is in the September newsletter (view newsletter here, click on September 2020 to view this month’s newsletter). Please register on or by September 18th (the day before the meeting). The meeting starts at 9:30 am on Saturday, September 19, 2020. There won’t be a speaker in this meeting but there will be going forward. All meetings will be live captioned.

Note: All HLAA-TC meetings are being held virtually on Zoom every third Saturday of the month (September through May). (Find instructions on using Zoom here.) All meetings are live captioned. A registration link to attend each monthly meeting will be published in that month’s corresponding HLAA-TC newsletter. Registration is free but required.
