ATTENTION! Register for a MNCDHH Focus Group by Oct. 29, 2021
The Minnesota Commission of the Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing is organizing a focus group for “Individuals with Hearing Loss and Hard of Hearing.” An RSVP is requested by Friday, October 29, 2021 (see below for more information and where to RSVP). The following information is from MNCDHH about the opportunity:
“The focus group will serve three purposes:
Gather input from the community on needs/wants and gaps. What do you want to see change?
Gather input and feedback on legislative agenda.
Gather input and feedback on MNCDHH’s strategic goals. Is there anything we are missing? Are there areas we should work on? Are there issues we could work on together?
We are still looking for a lead for this focus group. Until we can find that person, we will move forward as we are behind schedule.

Time: 12 noon to 1:00 p.m.

Week 2: November 8-12th a session with Alicia Lane Outlaw, Government Relations Director on potential legislative agenda , presenting information on the legislative process and gathering your feedback and input.
Week 3: In December and focusing on MNCDHH work plan and goals and align that with week one information that was gathered.
