If you are interested in attending this virtual book club, please email Laura at social@hlaatc.org and she will send you a Zoom meeting link.
Questions for the author are encouraged. You can find out more about Heather Gudenkauf and her books by visiting her website: https://heathergudenkauf.com/
If you were watching our blog during the HLAA Virtual Convention 2021 (June 24-26), we were summarizing a lot of the convention.
It was a virtual event this year (because of COVID-19) with a promise of being in person next year in Tampa, Florida. This virtual convention allowed attendees to attend wherever they were with an Internet connection. The exhibitors were also virtual and attendees could log into a virtual exhibit hall to interact with exhibitors. Those who registered for the convention can access the video recordings of each session for a little while. Unfortunately, the entire convention will not be made available to everyone in video form. However, the Research Symposium that was Saturday, June 26th is available to view online. It was exciting see the research and outreach happening in our country and certainly inspiring.
If you learn of any hearing-related news you would like covered in an upcoming blog please email Laura at social@hlaatc.org or comment on this post.
Don’t forget to join the book club if you’re interested. We always have fun conversations.
